Sometimes you want to control the posting of messages in General channel
in Microsoft Teams team. General channel is the first channel available
in a team and people normally tend to post the messages there. Assume
that you are maintaining the guidelines / instructions for the team in
the General channel and if the new members start greeting eachother,
your instructions for the team will get hijacked.
